Mechanics

1. There will be fifty (50) winners of SVIP tickets, three hundred (300) winners of Gold and three hundred (300) winners of Silver tickets. All tickets are valid for Aurora Music Festival Day 2.
2. Winners will be determined via raffle.
3. Promo duration is from April 3 until April 4, 2024 at 11:59 PM.
4. Winners will be announced on FWD’s Facebook page on April 5, 2024.

Terms and Conditions

1. General information
   1. This Promo is launched and handled by FWD Life Insurance Corporation (“FWD”). 
   2. Contest is open to Filipino citizens, 18 years old and above.
   3. Employees and financial advisors of FWD, up to 1st degree of consanguinity, are not eligible to join.
   4. Promo duration: April 3-April 4, 2024.
   5. FWD reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promo and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the Promo will be shown on the terms and conditions published on FWD's official website (fwd.com.ph).
   6. Validation of winners will be held at the FWD head office at the 19th Floor, W Fifth Building, 5th Avenue corner 32nd Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
   7. FWD’s decision, to be done by or in the presence of three (3) FWD representatives, is final and irrevocable.

2. Winners
   1. The winners will be announced on FWD’s Facebook page.
   2. FWD will get in touch with the winners via email and their mobile number.
   3. FWD may ask for additional photos, messages, video interviews, or testimonials, which will be used in FWD’s own content, advertising, assets, and other promotional or publicity efforts, and/or other marketing purposes, by any means and through any format (website, advertising banners, social networks, newsletter, press release) now known or unknown to date.

3. Prizes
   1. Prizes (Tickets) can be claimed during the event day on April 7, 2024 at the FWD tent. Valid ID must be presented.
   2. Prizes are non-transferrable.

4. Attestation

Upon entering the Promo, the Participant:

1. Warrants that he/she has read and understood and that he/she agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions;
2. Consents and allows to the processing by FWD of his/her personal data in accordance with FWD’s privacy policy at https://www.fwd.com.ph/privacypolicy/, for the purpose described above;
3. Agrees to hold FWD free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the Promo or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize;
4. agrees to cooperate and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of FWD relating to the marketing coverage.
5. If chosen as the winner, the Participant agrees that FWD may publicize the same in such mode and manner as it considers fit.
