 Terms and Conditions:

1. The promo period will run from April 22 – June 30, 2025. Participants may sign-up and do the consultation within the promo period.
   • Raffle draw: July 10, 2025.
   • Announcement of winners: Week of July 14, 2025
2. The promo is open to individuals 18 years old and above who have no existing FWD insurance policy that sign-up at this link.
3. Participants eligible to win are those who had face-to-face or virtual consultations with an FWD Advisor for financial goal setting and/or planning within the consultation period.
4. Joining the raffle is free. No purchase is required to join this promotion.
5. Raffle prizes at stake:
   1. 1 winner of an all-expenses paid trip to South Korea for 2 (5 days, 4 nights)
   2. 1 winner of DJI Osmo Pocket 3
   3. 4 winners of PHP 2,500 worth of eGCs
6. The following are the mechanics for The South Korea trip:
   • This will be sourced from FWD’s selected travel agency, and FWD reserves the right to choose the trip package that will be included. Inclusions and details shall be subject to the corresponding terms and conditions of the trip package and that of the travel agent.
   • The all-expense trip will cover the following up to a maximum of PhP 150,000 per person:
     1. Two-way ticket from Philippines to South Korea and vice-versa.
     2. Hotel accommodation for 4 nights.
     3. Airport to hotel transfers and vice versa.
     4. Travel insurance.
     5. Visa Application fees for 2 people. Fees on required documents for visa will not be covered by FWD such as PSA Birth Certificate.
     6. Pocket money of PhP 20,000 per person.

• • FWD will not be held liable for other expenses incurred beyond the items listed above, and any trip package modifications, cancellations or rescheduling.
  • FWD will not be held liable if the visa application is declined. Winners may re-apply as needed but re-application cost will be shouldered by winner and chosen companion.
  • South Korea trip must be scheduled within 1 year from day of winner announcement.

7. FWD (a) policy owners, and (b) employees, planners, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity are not eligible to join the campaign.
8. The winners will be notified through their registered email address and mobile number. The delivery of the prizes will be handled by FWD.
9. The prizes are not convertible to cash and must be claimed within 60 days from the date of the notification.
10. FWD reserves the right to cancel or amend the promo and these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes to the promo will be published on FWD's official website (fwd.com.ph).
11. Validation of the winner will be held at the FWD main office located at 19/F W Fifth Avenue Bldg., 5th Avenue cor. 32 Street, Bonifacio Global City, Fort Bonifacio, 1634.

Attestation

Upon entering the Campaign, the Participant:

1. Warrants that he/she has read and understood and that he/she agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Consents and allows to the processing by FWD of his/her personal data in accordance with FWD’s privacy policy at https://www.fwd.com.ph/privacypolicy/, for the purpose described above.
3. Agrees to hold FWD free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the Campaign or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
4. Agrees to cooperate and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of FWD relating to the marketing coverage.
5. If chosen as the winner, the Participant agrees that FWD may publicize the same in such mode and manner as it considers fit.
6. Confirms that his/her contact details in FWD's records are correct and accurate.
