Terms and conditions

1. This promo is launched and handled by FWD Life Insurance Corporation (FWD).
2. It is open to all Affiliates users of the app except:
   a. FWD employees and agents along with their relatives up to the second degree; and
   b. Affiliates who have already won in previous promos.
3. Affiliates must share a minimum of 10 FWD Affiliates app content to qualify.
4. Promo period is from June 6 to 30, 2022.
5. No purchase is required to join the promo.
6. Fifty (50) points-per-day limit will be enforced.
7. An Affiliate can only win once.
8. A new account of an existing FWD Affiliates app user is not eligible. FWD’s decision on duplicate accounts will be final and binding.
9. Winners will be announced after a verification period of not less than fifteen (15) working days after the promo period, via FWD’s Facebook. Winners will also be notified via their FWD Affiliates PH app login email.
10. Prize of P600 credits will be credited to the GCash number that the winners will provide during verification.
11. The result of the promo is final and irrevocable.
12. Prizes are non-transferable.
13. FWD may ask for photos, messages, or testimonials from the winners to be used FWD’s promotional ads, content, and other efforts.
14. FWD reserves the right to cancel or amend the promo and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the promo will be announced via any of the following platforms:

    a. FWD Affiliates App in-app notification
    b. Electronic direct mailer
    c. Facebook
