As part of FWD’s commitment to protect every Filipino family and secure their future, we are giving away complimentary insurance coverage worth a total of Php200 million from October 10-31, 2022.

The first 10,000 people who download and register the FWD Affiliate PH app 3.0 will be eligible to get a FREE one-year accidental death and dismemberment insurance.

Terms and conditions 

1. This campaign is launched and handled by FWD Life Insurance Corporation (FWD).
2. It is open to everyone except:
   1. FWD employees and advisors along with their relatives up to the second degree; and
   2. Existing FWD Affiliates PH app users.
3. Applicants must be:
   1. Filipino citizens
   2. 18 to 65 years of age, at the time of application
4. Eligible applicants will be sent an email with a link where they need to complete their application.
5. The first 10,000 registrants who successfully complete the application process will be given an FWD Group Accidental Death and Dismemberment (GADD) insurance policy.
6. Application period is from October 10 to 31, 2022.
7. No purchase is required to download and register.
8. Insurance policies are non-transferable.
9. FWD may ask for photos, messages, or testimonials from these promo availing Affiliates to be used in FWD’s promotional ads, content, and other efforts.
10. FWD reserves the right to cancel or amend the campaign and these terms and conditions. Any changes to the promo will be announced via any of the following platforms:
    1. FWD Affiliates PH App in-app notification
    2. Electronic direct mailer
    3. Facebook
