Distribution of Prizes:

The winner will be contacted via their preferred channel - email, SMS, and/or phone call by FWD Life Insurance Corporation (“FWD”).

The winner will have an option to either:

1. Pick-up their prize at FWD main office located at 19/F W Fifth Avenue Bldg., 5th Avenue cor. 32 Street, Bonifacio Global City, Fort Bonifacio, 1634, Taguig, Metro Manila: or
2. Have it delivered to their preferred address through LBC or Air 21 for free.

FWD will arrange the pick-up and/or the delivery of the prize upon confirmation of the winner’s preferred schedule.

General information

1. This Campaign is launched and handled by FWD Life Insurance Corporation (“FWD”).
2. The Campaign is open to all active FWD policyowners physically located in the Philippines. Each customer can only earn one (1) raffle entry during the promo period. Multiple policies will only be considered as one (1) entry.
3. Customers who have previously linked their policy(ies) in the Omne app are not eligible to join.
4. Joining the raffle is free. No purchase is required to join this Campaign.
5. To qualify, the Participant needs to follow the mechanics set by FWD.
6. Employees and financial advisors of FWD Life Insurance Corporation (FWD) are not allowed to join the campaign promo. FWD reserves the right to cancel or amend the Campaign and these terms and conditions.
